Good Things to Know

Covid 19 guidelines (as of 8/21) 

Fully vaccinated people are welcome to join any In-Studio class. If you are not vaccinated, please avail yourself of our Live Zoom classes or take class On Demand.

Under any circumstances, if you are not feeling well please stay home.

 

In-Studio Class​

Classes begin on time. Please arrive 10 minutes early to set up your equipment.
 

All equipment is provided; if you prefer to bring your own equipment, feel free.
 

Grippy socks are required for all In-Studio classes for hygiene and your safety, and are available for sale at the studio. We are happy to lend you a pair for your first class.

Water is recommended.

Walk-ins are welcome, but class space cannot be guaranteed.

As indicated in our waiver, depending on your position on the floor, In-Studio students may be on camera and visible to the Zoom and On Demand audience. If you prefer to be off camera, please arrive early to choose a position where you will not be on camera.


Cancellation policy: If you do not cancel at least 12 hours before the class, you will be charged. To cancel, please email.

 

Live via Zoom

Sign into the link no fewer than five minutes before class or you may not be admitted; a late arrival on the screen may not be observed.

Review the Home Props list (below) for your Zoom or On Demand class.

 

If you register for class and cannot attend, please cancel your reservation through Zoom. 

On Demand

On Demand requests must be made online and links will be sent promptly. Links are live for 24 hours.

Home Props for Zoom and On Demand

  • Barre, countertop, sturdy chair or window sill

  • A mat or carpeted floor space for push-ups, plank abdominal work & stretching

  • Belt, resistance band, loop, mens tie or robe belt for stretching

  • Small hand weights (2,3,4lbs.); bottles or cans can be substituted

  • Exercise (pilates) ball

  • Soft Yoga block

  • 1lb Ankle weights
